COVID-19 Update

Dr Celina Kaiser is still providing specialist care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Appointments can now be conducted via telehealth, phone or face-to-face.

First Appointment

 

For your first appointment, please bring your:

  • Referral letter (from your GP)

  • List of medications you are taking

  • Any scans (ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI) and any blood test results you have had

  • Medicare Card

  • Private Health Insurance details

A full payment for your consultation is required on the day of your appointment.

Please ensure you have a valid referral from your GP so that you can receive a Medicare rebate for your consultation.

Almost all consultations qualify for a Medicare rebate for a portion of the fee, meaning you will incur some out-of-pocket expenses by seeing Dr Celina Kaiser in her private practice.

If you are not able to attend your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

Cancellations made more than 1 business day from the appointment do not incur a fee, whilst last minute cancellations may incur a missed consultation fee.

 

PROCEDURE FEES

 

Should you require a procedure and/or surgery, private health insurance will typically cover your in-hospital stay (some funds may charge an excess) depending on your level of cover.

Should your private health insurance provide associated cover, please ensure to bring your details with you to the appointment. To discuss your individual circumstances and fees please contact us.
